Salmon Sundays! We're showcasing the amazing sustainable fish from @newyorksteelheadhv, which are processed and delivered in 24 hours. For breakfast, we’ll have salmon cold-smoked in Brooklyn. Served with a sourdough pagnotelle roll, sliced 9 Miles East Farm tomato, light and creamy yogurt cream cheese, and traditional garnish. Might just put bagels out of business.
