The new restaurant going into the Saratoga County Airport is Sunset at Saratoga: Kitchen + Bar, a new establishment from the company 4LSNM LLC. A public hearing is scheduled for December 10, 2025, to consider the lease for the space, which is located in the newly constructed terminal building.
