9 Miles East to Open for Patio Dining Monday, June 8, 2020 (Saratoga-Report exclusive)

9 Miles East Farm, which opened its Saratoga location for kitchen prep and delivery last week, will open it for Patio Dining on Monday June 8th, with a limited menu focused on pizza and salads.

9 Miles East had record orders upon its June 2 opening, according to co-founder and CEO Gordon Sacks.  ” I’m very glad to see our number of first-time orders triple in the last few weeks”, Sacks told Saratoga-Report. “Opening night was certainly challenging but our team did a great job and we were able to get high-quality, reasonably-priced meals to many more people than we were able to serve from our location on the farm.”

The full dinner menu will be available on the patio, for delivery, and for takeout from the Saratoga location starting Monday, June 22.  Sacks and his team  have a community-focused vision for the expanding business.  “You can expect seasonal events, ingredient-driven events, and plenty of partnerships with other community organizations as we get settled into our new location”, he noted. “Our team is delivering books for Northshire Bookstore, and you’ll see a Pitney Farm salad on our menu regularly to generate awareness and build demand.”
