WHY: The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation is holding a press conference to release the identity of the new owner of 65 Phila Street, an 1851 Italianate style house clad with wood clapboard and constructed by Alexander A. Patterson. This intentionally neglected building has been listed on the Foundation’s endangered list since it was created in 1998. Join the Foundation to learn how the new owner plans to “Revive 65.”
