Owner of Koto Japanese Restaurant buys former Golden Corral in Saratoga County
The Business Review is reporting that Koto Japanese Restaurant owner Tehen Yu purchased the former Golden Corral Restaurant location across from Wal Mart in the town of Wilton for $2,125,000.
Yu bought Koto, which is located in Colonie just off Northway Exit 4, in 2013. He will turn the former Golden Corral into a second (270-300 capacity) Koto location which will include a sushi station, a bar, plus several hibachi tables. Yu also is considering adding a patio to be used in warmer weather.
