Adam Foti, formerly of PDT Market, will move his PDT Catering Operation just off exit 13 behind 13 North Restaurant

The Business Review is reporting that Adam Foti, formerly of PDT Market on Railroad Place, will move his PDT Catering Business to the building behind 13 North Restaurant next to Roosevelt Inn and Suites.  The building was most-recently the site of the short-lived Glory Dayz, which closed abruptly in 2018 after being open for just one month.  The Business Review article, subject to paywall, can be accessed here.
