Brooklyn Firm Filed Plans With City to Build Condos on North Broadway
Omni Build Inc. from Brooklyn, NY filed plans in May with the city of Saratoga Springs to build a 4-unit condo building at 624 N. Broadway. The site is at the corner of Rock St. and across North Broadway from the former “Palazzo Riggi”, the large home on N. Broadway formerly owned by Michele and the late Ron Riggi.

The site is currently owned and utilized by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Saratoga Springs, which is building a new facility near the Wilton Mall. The property is under contract for sale and is listed by Charles B. Goodridge of Julie & Co. Realty. A building currently on the site and the parking lot would be demolished to make room for the condo building.
