PJ’s BAR-B-QSA property sold in Saratoga

The Albany Business Review is reporting that PJ’s BAR-B-QSA property sold in Saratoga for $2.3 million.  The transaction closed last week to an LLC that was formed last week. It is unknown what the property will be used for, however a permit to sell cannabis at that location was issued by the city to another LLC with a similar, but different, name as the one in the sale.  You can read the full article in the Business Review.
