Bonacio Affiliate Sells Bone and Joint Center Building at the intersection of East and Excelsior Avenues for $4.8 million

 

The Albany Business Review is reporting that an affiliate of Bonacio sold the building at 90-94 East Ave for $4.8 million in October.  The building was purchased by CMC Affiliates LLC, based out of Massachusetts, and contains the Bone and Joint Center as well as other tenants.  The full article can be read in the Business Review, which has a strict paywall but often offers introductory rates.
