The Albany Business Review: Downstate Developer wants to build a 5-6 story apartment and commercial building on Broadway in Saratoga Springs

 

The Albany Business Review is reporting that a downstate developer wishes to build a new building on Broadway that would wrap around the Broadway’s Algonquin Building near the Saratoga Springs City Center.  The parcel is now a parking lot next to and behind the Algonquin Building.

The project would have up to 112 apartments on the upper floors and commercial space on the ground floor.  You can read the Business Review article here.
