Earlier this month a federal jury found that Live Nation and its subsidiary, Ticketmaster, operated as an illegal monopoly to dominate the live music industry and overcharge consumers. The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) has a long-term partnership with Live Nation, where the entertainment giant acts as the primary promoter for popular rock, country, and pop concerts at the center.
