Single-day tickets for reserved seats to Saratoga Race Course on sale May 4

meet at historic Saratoga Race Course.
On Tuesday, local business leaders will join with NYRA officials to highlight the economic impact of the annual summer meet.

The return of thoroughbreds and the racing community to Saratoga Springs marks the
beginning of the annual increase in tourism and corresponding demand for hospitality
services from area restaurants, businesses, hotels and more.
Single-day tickets for reserved seats in the clubhouse, grandstand and Cutwater Stretch at Saratoga Race Course will go on sale Wednesday, May 4 at 10 a.m.
The Whitney Viewing Stand at the Oklahoma Training Track is currently open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Excluding 2020 when fans were not admitted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 2021 marked the sixth consecutive season of more than one million in paid attendance at Saratoga Race Course. In the Capital Region alone, Saratoga Race Course has an economic impact of nearly $240 million and generates more than 2,000 jobs annually, according to the results of a study authored by the Saratoga County Industrial Development Agency.
Highlighted by the 153rd renewal of the Grade 1, $1.25 million Runhappy Travers on August 27 and the Grade 1, $1 million Whitney on August 6, the 2022 summer meet at historic Saratoga Race Course will open on Thursday, July 14, and continue through Monday, September 5.
Following the four-day opening weekend, racing will be conducted five days a week, Wednesdays through Sundays, apart from the final week, when the meet will conclude on Labor Day.
