Ed and Lisa Mitzen sell Saratoga Springs carriage house once used as foundation HQ for $2 Million
The Albany Business Review is Reporting that Ed and Lisa Mitzen sold the Saratoga Springs carriage house that once was office space for their Business For Good Foundation. The building, which has an address of 170-176 Woodlawn Avenue, is 8,000 square feet and has been used as private event space in the past. It has a commercial kitchen, 8 bedrooms and a detached garage.
The purchase price was $2 million and the article did not list the buyers’ name. The house in front of the carriage house at 605 N. Broadway, known as Brackett House, remains listed for $3.25 million.
