Prime Group proposes adding two stories on top of former Borders/Fingerpaint building on Broadway for new Saratoga Springs headquarters, building proposed next to Spa Catholic apparently on hold

 

The Business Review is reporting that Prime Group Holdings Founder and Chief Executive Bob Moser intends to add two stories on top of the former Borders/Fingerpaint building at 395 Broadway here in the Spa City.

Prime Group Holdngs is a self storage and private equity firm based in Saratoga Springs.  The expanded building would house their corporate offices, which are now located in different buildings along Railroad Place.

The article notes that Prime originally had plans to build a six-story building at 269 Broadway (next to Spa Catholic) for their corporate offices, but high construction and material costs has that plan delayed for now.
