Six new homes planned for area north of Rts 9 & 50, roughly across from the Fresh Market Plaza

 

 

Heritage Custom Builders is planning to build six new homes on the north side of Saratoga Springs.  The homes would be built on lots approximately 7,000 ft in size, 4 of which would be on North Avenue and 2 of which would be on Covell Avenue.

The project would require three parcels to be subdivided into six, according to plans filed with the city.  The land, which is currently under contract, is listed for sale with Lisa McTygue of Julie & Co. Realty for $900,000.
