Anyone driving on Crescent Avenue near Union will notice construction taking place at the corner of Crescent and Waterview Drive. Four homes will be built by McPadden Builders on a large subdivided lot where an old farmhouse stood just a couple of years ago. Saratoga-Report contacted Matt McPadden to inquire about the project, and while he did confirm he was the developer for the four home sites, he politely declined to comment further. He did note that he was about to list the sites through a Realtor “soon”. Saratoga-Report will follow up on this in a future article when more information becomes available.
