Winery and Event Center Planned for horse farm near exit 13

The Albany Business Review has reported that Halfmoon Resident Steve Menneto is proposing to build a winery and event center at 120 Old Post Road in Malta, near the Mobil station off Exit 13N.  According to documents on the town of Malta web site, 
The applicant is proposing to develop 23+/- acres. They are proposing 4 buildings consisting of 5000 sq.ft. winery/tasting room, 4500 sq.ft. sales/concession building, 18000 sq. ft. event center building and 2400 sq. ft. maintenance building.
